ZCT-630 JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a two-component waterproof coating made of organic liquid composed of acrylic emulsion with film-forming agent, defoaming agent, preservative, etc., and inorganic powder composed of ordinary silicate cement, quartz sand and additives. The coating has excellent weather resistance, super adhesion, high strength, non-toxic and odorless.

Scope of application
It is suitable for waterproof projects such as roofs, basements, exterior walls, kitchens and bathrooms, balconies, bathrooms, civil air defense, subways, swimming pools, and fire pools of new and old buildings
Reference dosage
The thickness of the waterproof coating film is 1.0mm, and the dosage per square meter is about 2.0-2.5kg
Notes:
◆ This coating is a water-emulsion product, the temperature should be above 5 °C during construction, and it is not suitable for construction in rainy days and below 0 °C.
◆ Protective measures should be taken to prevent rain and frost before the coating film is cured
◆ This product contains cement, and the mixing amount should not be too much each time, and should be used with mixing
◆ When batching, it should be configured in strict accordance with the ratio of rubber powder, and if water is needed, the amount of water should be controlled within 10%
◆ During construction, the air circulation of the construction environment should be maintained, and the unused liquid must be sealed and stored, and the powder should be moisture-proof
◆ After the waterproof construction is completed, the follow-up structural layer cannot be constructed immediately, and must be carried out after the waterproof coating film is completely dry and accepted
Transport storage
◆ During transportation, it should be protected from sun, rain, freezing, extrusion and collision to ensure that the packaging is intact
◆ The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and the storage temperature of liquid components should not be lower than 5°C
◆ The product shall be stored for no more than 6 months under normal transportation and storage conditions from the date of production
